FOR DETERMINATION At the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation Committee meeting held on March 11, 1992, the committee granted a conditional Certificate of Compliance for the above -referenced property. The condition is: 1. Provide documentation from the public water company that public water can be supplied to this parcel and the gift deed remainder. There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this Certificate can be recorded unless you sign and return the enclosed waiver waiving your right to appeal the committee's decision.
