In compliance with Subdivision Regulation Ordinance No, 431, the subject map has been
examined by this office and is submitted herewith for your consideration.
The proposed subdivision 'plan meets the requiremi,nts. of Ordinance No. 431 with the fol.
lowing exceptionst
1. Provide cul-de-sac at end of Lee Street and one (1) ft. dedication strip.
2. Provide me (1) ft. strip at south end of Roy Drive.
3 Since part of this subdivision is subject to inundation, this Jffice will
require. that the area subject to inundation be so identified (inundation
elevations to be determined at final map time)
4. Lots 10011; 12 and 13 do not meet minimum lot depth requirements.
