the lots to be extremely steep and l=ava outcrops appear in various areas. Be-
cause of this many lots Will not be suitable fon individual sewage systems.
In our opinionthe reasonable availability of tester from individsal webs on all
Lots in the subdivision is very questionable.
Ile recd mend that. approval of the subdivision be subject to the development of
a proper and adequate commn-iity, sewer- and vtatez= system,
