California, does ordain, as, follows k
SECTION 1..NECESSITY. The Board of Supervisors finds
that ,certain regulations are nocessary for the preservation of the
public health, safety, convenience and general welfare; 1n:ding
the conducting of studies and surveys, and hereby adopts certain
such regulations as urgency measures of an interim nature as
set forth below.
SECTION 2. The hereinbelow described area situate in the
