Section 10,353, Procedure.

Building Department to issue a Mobilehome Permit, on a farm furnished
by said Clerk accompanied by a fee of $5,00; no part of which .is

(c) Upon filing of the appeal., the Clerk of the Board shall
notify the Chief Building inspector of the appeal, and he shal'1

transmit to the Clerk the records on the matter, together with a
su-imary statement of the action of the Building Department.
(d) The Board ,of Supervisors shall hold a hearing no later
than thirty (30) days after the filing of the appeal. Notice of
the date and time of hearing said appeal shall be mailed to appe,llatt
by the Clerk to the Board at least ten (10) days prior to the date ,
'of said hearing.
(e) The Board may sustain or overrule the action of the ;
Building Department . in granting an appeal, the Board shall make
the finding that it is in Ohformity with the intent of this ordinance
