requost for abandonment. The Planning staff approved: the zequest for the
abandonment.

RESOLUTION GI=VING NOTICE: OF' INTENTION TO ABANDON
A. PUBLIC HIGHWAY
WHEREAS, this Board has received a reque--:tfrojn Mr.
William Retzer to, allow the; abandonment of a rublic highway as
described below,
WHEREAS, pursuant to the authority vested in this Board
under Government Code §50430 et seq, this Board wishes to declare
its intention, to abandon: a puulic highway as described below.
NOW,- THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board
r= 1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting, on August 24 , 19713 at 11:.00 am., in
the Bo°ard Chambers, Courthouse, Oroville,. a hearing shall be held on
the abandonment of the following described public highway,:
