June 1.5, 1971 After many years in the business of enforcing and attempting to enforce zoning regulations, it appears the County is sorer` in need of some tie of policy, resolutione or ordinance pertaining to applications for rezoning in Girder to correct a, d e lation:; It has been ourr experience that in every instance where we have ordered people to move mobile homes from areas 'Where they are: not permitted, they apply for xezoning. This is quite costly to the County and ti*nfair to the 60% who ask for the original zone. Our recommendation would be that the Planning Commission recommend to the 130--rd of Supervisors that no person b e allowed to apply for rezoning while he was in violation.. This,. Yve believe, would stop a lot of people from creating the violation in the first place. In mcst cases we have had, the people were advised of the zoning prior to iolstmg the: ordinance.
