AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14 (PROCEDURE FOR PRECISE
ZONING AMENDMENTS) OF OPDINANCE N0. 475, KNOWN AS THE
ZONING ENABLINGORDINANCE.

The Board of Su^ery sons of the County of 'Butte, State of

California; tinder and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 ,b f said County,

being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, DO ORDAIN as follows:,
Section 1, Section 14 of Ordinance No. 475 of the County
of Butte is hereby amended by adding thereto a new subsecton,.;as

14.5 Procedure for Investigation in Prosecution of

Zoning Violations. All. other alleged violations, of the terms of th
