Mr. Lawson read the staff finding stating that in the Staff's opinion
the proposed rezoning would not be appropriate for the: area.
Girard. Ifeustis, applicant, explained that they planned to develop a
"Five Star" park, uritth five to five and one-half units per acre. Ms
Heustis, submitted a statement signed by fir. T. Guile--tt, 3530 ;Teal Road,
and Mr. J. E. Alley, 195 Chaparral Drive,, supporting the rezoning
request.
Robert T. Teague, 10"0 Chaparral Drive, spoke inopposition to tae Pro-
posal.
There being no further comments, the Chairman concluded the public hearing.
A motion. was rade by Commissioner Rypkema and seconded by Commissioner
Pace to reco=end that the proposed rezoning be approved by the Board of
