6-RESOLUTION OF ABANDONMENT OF PUBL-IG UTILITY EASEMENT'
E WHEREAS, this.Board has received a request from R. S.
Thompson, et a1,; to allow the abandonment of public utility
easement as 'described below, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the authority ve6ted in this Board
under Government Code §§50430, et this Board wishes to
abandon said easement as described below.
ITOW ' TFiEREFO�, MIT RESOLSlED by this Board:
1. That this Board finds.that said easement -is unnecessary
.for present or, prospective use,
2. That said public utility easement as hereinafter
described is- hereinafter abandoned and vacated.
3. =`That said, public utility- easement is; situated in the
County :of Butte, -State of California, and described -as follows, to
wit_
A portion of the NW 1[4 Sec 14, T22N, ME, MDB&M, more
t particularly described asfol?ows:,
Ail those 12 ft. public utility easements as shown cn that
�y certain map entitled, "Pinecrest Subdivision" recorded in
Book 20 Maps of Record at pages 30 & 31, on March 2, 1954
In the Office.of the Recorder, County of Butte, State: of

Excepting therefrom,any portion of existing drainage easements.
Also exceptin therefrom, that certain 12 ft.. public4utility
easement lying within Lot 11 of said subdivision which was
previously abandoned on November 14, 1975, recorded in Book
