Mr. Lawson explained that on Augustp2 1977, the Board
Supervisors
had referred to the Commission the g m an
application of Steve and Dorothy Hess for a building permit for a
recreational vehicle storage building; on AP 41-47-59 that had been.
denied because of nonconformity with the S -H (Sce-ai.c Highways zone,
zt wat agreed that the. S-111 Ordinance needs to be revised and staff
was instructed to work on a revision.

Supervisor Lenike expressed his concern over the fact that the Local scenic
drive tone does nok conform with the Land ULe .map and that the Iar;,31 ordinance
allows tho most flacgrunt violation of the uses, He would' like the Pt�ar�l to
consider some type changes in tha scenic h'9l`- <7ay ordinance or dolaq away
with the 2 scenic higkv ays zoned that way and having them conform with the
Land Use h�lapa It yti as Felt that Supervisor Lemke should appear before the
Planning Commission and inform them of this matter, He would like the Bard
to instruct the Planning Commiss on to hold hearings on his views regarding

On motion of Supervisor Lemke, seconded by Surrervisor Moseley and
unanimously carried, the request of Stere and 'Dorothy Hess was referred back to planning
Commission and Supervisor Lemke was authorized to appear before the Planning Commission
