This is in reply to your request for the abandonment of a 12 -foot
public utility easement lying within Lots 6 and 7 of FeatherRiver Heights
WeParadise.
We have reviewed this matter and find that, as far as this Company
is concerned, We have no use for
this easement.
We must advise you that
other utility companies have the right to
use this easement; therefore, you
should contact any other utility involved.
You may use this letter
in your further negotiations with the County
of Butte to abandon the easement.

reviewed the District's possible need of a 121 Public Utility
Easement on County Parcel 55-2.7-13.
Finding no future need a motion was passed to inform you that
the District will not object to having the easement abandoned.
