abandonment of the 10 -foot public utility easement along the east
side of Lot 243 of 'Unit 12 of the Paradise Pines Subdivision near
Magalia, Zutte County, California.
We have reviewed this matter and find that, as far as
Pacific Cas and Electric Company is concerned, we have no need
for this easement; however, we cannot speak for any of the other
utility companies_.
