TWELVE FOOT PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT: PARADISE PINES UNIT NO. 15,
ADOPT RESOLUTION 78-198
The public hearing, on the E. T. Cotton abandonment of all that certain
12 foot public utility easement lying along the south line of Lot 47 as shown
on the map of "Paradise Pines Unit No 15"recorded in Book 38 of maps of
record at pages 42 through 44, County of Butte, State of California was held
as advertised. Bettye Blair, Planning Director, stated That the Planning
Commission recommended approval of the atxandonment.
Hearing opened to the public. Appearing: no one. Hearing closed to
the public and confined to the Board.
On rnotion of Supervisor Lemke, seconded by Supervisor Moseley and
unanimously carried,abandonment of'alI that certain twelve foot public utility
easement lying along the south line of Lot 47 as shown on the map of "Paradise
Pines Unit No. 15." recorded in Book 38 of maps, pages 42 through 44, Was approved;
Resolution 78-198 adopted and Chairman was aut'hor'ized to sign. November 28, 1978
