Mr. Heronimoue indicated. that the two Marjama signatures would mor(�than fulfill the 60% requ4rement. While awaiting the Marjama decision to sign our informal petition, I wish to urge the Butte County Planning Commission t6.:rnogn6fder'At1ot-.- 4- requirement for a formal petition and applicable fees of 6150 for the Planning Commission action and at least 0125 for the Enviornmen* Impact Review.
