The Department Of Fish and Game has reviewed the Draft BIR for Butte Creek
Fast PA -C, a 75 -unit development On 375 acres adjacent to BLtt,te Crook in
Butte County) and has the following comments:
1, Adherence to all federal, state) and, local codes and regulations
in regard to flood control, drains e and nd sewage stiaulcl protect
the fishery and reparian habitat. Riparian setbacks and bank
revegetation as stated in the Draft EI'R would mitigate flood
control projects.
