Property owners within the 'Magalia watershed and agendas of the W1411nini
Commission and Board of Zoning Adjustment have brought our atteh!.11�4 to;
the occasional requests for zoning changes 601 special use permits nvox�-
ing land within the Magalia watershed.,
In our recent letter of April 25, 1078, doncerninp a proposed �wbd-,Vis on
of lots smaller than prevent zoning would allow, reviewed sone Of the

Mountain category, .Uses allowed with a use permit on all sizes par,°els

the use of TM zoning in certain watershed areas be re-evaluated'i We have
discussed this With your Planning Department Director, Mr. Jim LaWson, and
EnVironmental Sanitation Director, Mr. Howard Toussaint, both *If whom agreed
such a re=evaluation is Warranted,

in the Magalia watershed be conducted by the Planning Department. if We

of the role we can play.
