To date, there; have been three separate proposals for the location
of the urban growth bol n.dary or greenline; the initial proposal
or:i.ginati g t � tit the Cj"ty=�ot�n.ty agmement, the Plaxanin,g '00mmi s-
sion'',s motion of intent linE and the greenlino; proposed by the
Coalition: ;representing various farm and business groups in the
Chico area. Of these only minox differences exist bett�teen the
original proposal and the Coalition suggestion except for 'sorzth
Chico whore all three exhibit substantial, d:i.fferences Zn- conte
