following deecribcd public utility easement;
Being a 12-foot and, 5-foot wide easements located within .hot 44; Lot 45
and ,Lot 45 of raradise ',Pines Unit No. 15 as said lots and easements are
shown upon the map filed for record in Hook 38 of Maps at pages 49,
42, and 44, Butte county Records, more particularly described as follows;

1. A strip of land of the uniform 'width of 12 feet
lying contiguous to and northerly of the southerly
boundary lines of said Lots 44, 115, and 46 and ex-
tend:ing from the easterly, boundary Eine of said Lot 44`
westOrly approximately 238 feet to the building set
back line lying within said Lot 46.
2. .All. 5-Moot easements that are contiguous to the side
lot limas of said gots 44, 45, and 46, exceptintt
therefrom that portion of said strips lying within
the building set back area.

Dan Blackstock, county counsel, advised that if the Board
approved the abandonmenti, they could advise Public Works so he could
proceed with his ;project.
Hearing cloyed to the public and confined to the Board.
On mod.on of Supervisor Lemke, seconded by Supervisox Saracani
and carried, the following abandonments were approved; remolutions
adapted and the Ghaairmmtt authorized to sign;
