easement is shown upon the map filed for record in 136ok 48 of Maps at
page 1.00, Ette County, iRecords, more particularly` described as. follows:
A strip of land of the uniform width of 20 feet lying
contiguous to and easterly of the westerly boundary line'
of said Parcel 1 and extending from the southerly boundary`
line of said Parcel 1 northerly approx imately 490 :deet to
the northerly boundary line of said Parcel 1;
