35 -foot commercial dt Lveivay along. road 03 -But -32-9.56.
Effective February 17, lk�jG;l, the California Department of Trans-
portation implemented a schedule of fees for non-exempt encroach-
ment permits. This is in conformance with Section 671.1 of the
Streets and Highways Code
The fee for the application is $447.00. The estimate for: review
and inspection fees is $121.00. Please forward your check, payable
to the Department of Transportation, in the amount of $168.00,
Upon receipt of the check, the applicntion.will be further
processed. Should the amount of tel depos' exceed all actual

No processing of the application will commence until the fee or
deposit has been received at the District 3 Caltrans Headquarters
Office in Marysville.
The applicant shall also
provide Caltrans a notice of determination
for the environmental clearance for the project. it appears that
Butte County would be ;the head agency for the implementation of
,the CEQA Guidelines.
