We became involved in this matter because of our loo foot wide Tower Line Easement paralleling this roadway and the proposed construction of a dwelling near the easement After an initial linvestiption we discovered the roadway Was causing the discrepancy and to advised the property owner, Reverend Kenneth Rash and Son, Post Office Box 104, Palermo, California 95968, who in turn has requested our consent to this abandonment.
