he Rare oPlant Habitat Mapl ubmited�byamyself and Jeff Prouty -two rare plant species
could potents ally occur in this general. area. These are Limn flrccoea p s
BSA rn1ifornica and Fritillaria plur�iflora,
The property owned by G.E. Olson was considered potential habitat for both
the rareii thes and Pritillaria in the earlier overview of the Chico Airport
Environs
Rezone. Air photos showed the presence of numerous vernally moist
drainages associated with Limnan�thes floocosa ssp, californica on the
pl^opera v,
Heavy clay soils sssoci.ated with Prxtllaria,plum were also known to
occur on the property;
Although the rarelimnanthes flowers during early Marchjthe dried remains of
this plant are still present in grasslan6a which are no 't heavily grazed. Mr..
Olsods property has not been used for grazing for several
years and Was e -there -
moist drainages on the property revealed no individuals b

currently being processed in the County of Butte and to your
letter to this office requesting uesting information on improvements
required on adjacent city facilities in conjunction with same«
As you will recall,; one of the conditions for approval for this
map 'was the development of the necessary street intersection
deta,i.ls an. Cohasset. Road at the access to this subdivision.
Cohasset Road at this location presently lies within the city
limits and improvements proposed for same would require an
encroachment permit from this office.
This office has reviewed this tentative parcel map along with
the conditions of approval and herewith submits the following
comments;
1, it is to be noted that there is an existing 50 foot
wide public ri.&ht=of-way adjacent and contiguous to
the southerly boundary of this parcel map:
2. it is also to be noted that the existing 60 foot wide
private access easement across the city clear zone
property is Available for use by the Langford property
but not the Brown property,
