225 gallons per minute and a second well with an, eastimated
yield of 66 gallons per minute, i, concrete storage tank and

the 7 remaining lots. According to the, applicant, the mutual water
company has a service area whi:eh covers all of the Bidwell Heights
project area.: As additional water is neededy the drilling of
wells would be paid for by all property owners within the service
,at the time the additional water supply would be needed.

This report addresses the ;potential impacts of developing 385 dwelling vrats plus a
small commercial and recreational area on 1,200 acres located on Doe Mill R;dge, seven
miles east of Chico.
