Revised Fiscal Analysis For Bidwell Heights Dear Bill: I have competed revisions to the Bidwell Heights Fiscall Analysis as requested in your letter of September 2; 19$2;. An updated copy of the report is enclosed. I made one :additional change which is not siignificant; a calculation, of sales tate revenues using the same procedure employed in the Canyon Park Instates fiscal study except that assumed income per household was set at $50,000 rather than $100,000. The revenue derived by this method is very close to the, per capita average sales tax initially calculated. Since the two methods were so nearly identical in revenue ydeld, we used the higher of the two in our final summation av,d cost/revenue comparison, if I hope this information is helpfatl to you.
