Verify with a geologist that no lineaments traverse any of the
proposed building sites, particularly -those in the central
and southerly portions of the project area.

Provide a minimum setback of 5.0 feet from the edge of bluffs
unless cleared by a geologist or engineer for a 1,esser set-
back.

Design and locate: new road and driveway locations so as to
minimize cut and fill requirements.

Locate homesites in a cluster arrangement, near existing or
proposed roads, to minimize the adverse effects on Migratory
wildlife.`

Provide a ma.nimum setback of 100 feet along riparian corridors.
Retain riparia' corridors in a continuous pattern. Retain con-
nections between riparian corridors and major open -space areas.
