A subsequent, meeting was held on August 31;st in the Flatinirig Depart-

Department was informed of the areas to iae covered by the specific
plan- being prepared for Drake Hoines and .for Dan Heyes ct al. These
two plans cover a substantial amount of the area of Poe Mill Ridge
immediately affected by development proposals. In, addition the
Department was able to identify an area of large Parcels zoned TM -40
which, do not desire 'to .further det"Clop their property. The Planning
T1el7artment through a process o.F elimination was able to identify the
balance of the Doe Mill area lvhich is zoned A-?' ancl, ivxl] continue to '
pose land use/zoning problems. These areas are depicted on the
attached map
The developers also gained ,From the effort since they received a
review of Genera. Plan policies applicable to the Igoe mi 11 Ridge
which should assist in the development of complete Specific flans.
The Planning Department artment remains concerned about. theimpacts,- parti-
cularly the cumulative effects o:F continuing parceling of the
