Being that certain 10 -foot public utility easement lying:within a portion of
Section; 6, T19N,, R5E,. M.D.M. also -lying within Parcels A and: B. as shown, on
the parcel rip of the resubdivision of Lots 269 'through '476,. 2,79 and 280, of
Kelly Ridge Estates Unit: 4B, recorded in Book 73 Maps of Record at Page '67,
bearing of easement taken from subdivision, recorded in Book 58 at_Pages 73
through 77, 'County of Butte, State of California, -
Being that 'certain 10-footpublic utility_ easement lying,' southwesterly of and'
contiguous to the following described line, Beginning -at a 314" I.P.. tagged
R.C.E.. 13062 lying on the most northerly lot lire of said Parcel Ay said, point
bears S 65'20'32'V,.73.12 feet from the most northerly corner of said Parcel "A", _>
