Proposed Abandonment of a portion of Smullin Street, Ioncut
This Company has no objection to and hereby consents to the Abandonment it that
portion of Smullin Street extending northerly from School Street to the east-etly
Prolongation of the north boundary Line of Assessor's Parcel,Yo. 28-0601.002 in
the Town of Honcut; provided; that; sufficient rights for our existing 1.2 Kid"pole
lane are retained. This line serves other properties to the north and: therefore
must remain in place.
