Sec. 24-21.28a. Mobile Home. Park: Is an area or tract of land
where two or ,more mobile home lots are rented or
leased or hold out for rent or lease to accommodate
mobile homes used for human habitation. The rental
paid for any such mobile home shall be deemed to
include rental for the lot it occupied.
Sec. Recreational Vehicle Park: Is any area or tract
of land where one or more lots rented or leased or
heldout for rent or lease to owners or users of
recreational vehicles or tents and which is occupied
for temporary purposes.
