This project is the construction of ].eft turn channelizationion the Midway
at the intersection of oroville-Chico Highway. S#tdt
it will consist of widening the Midway by grading, adding aggregate base,
and paving. All work Will be done within existing right of way; therefore,
a categorical exemption would appear appropriate for this project. A
location map is attached.
Please review the project and advise us of your environmental determination.
