REVIEW OF SITE PLAN IN CC ZONE - AP 66-31-01: Milton Brolliar Mrs. Kircher reported that their parking plan was in conformity with regulations. With regard to a memorandum from Public forks calling attention to the necessity for the construction of a standard public road approach with a stormdrain pipe underneath, Mr. Bi olliar said that }ie was aware of this necessity, but that the plans he had submitted were preliminary and of course, did not show,such an approach. Motion was made by Commissioner Schrader, seconded by Commissioner Bennett for approval of this site. plan: AYES: Commissioners Bennett, Schrader and Chairman Lambert: NOES: No one. ABSENT; Commissioner Behunin. Motion tarried.
