Dear Ms. Wheeler
At our November 5, 1982 meeting, the Paradise Town
Council commended 'the actions of the Board of Supervisors
in adopting a Skyway interim scenic highway zoning ordinance.
Paradise also wishes to maintain the natural Skyway
environment presently enjoyed by all. our Council
urges implementation of permanent scenic highway zoning
on Skyway between Paradise and Chico,

Irrigation District boundary to the westerly line of Sec. 4, T21N
R2E (Intersection with existing industrial zone on Skyway).
We making an assessment- of possible environmental impacts and will be
preparing an environmental document, either a Negative Declaration, Mitigated`
Negative Declaration or an Environmental Impact Report.
Please provide any factual statements, ideas for investigation, or opinions
you can offer in your area of concern or expertise that relate to either
physical, social, or economic impacts that this, project may generate.
Please respond within 14 days ox -the above-noted date. If no response is.
generated by this inquiry, then it shall be assumed that there are no
significant environmental impacts which are potential from the project.
