Being that certain 10 -foot public utility easement lying within a portion of the Northeast
1/4 of Section 12, T19N, R4E, M.D.M., also lying within Lot 109 of Kelly Ridge Estates
Unit No 1, as shown on the Map recorded in Book 84, Record of Survey,at Page 80, County
of Butte, State of California, being more particularly described as follows;
Beginning at the most westerly corner of said Lot 109, thence N 610321001" E 10 feet -
to the northwesterly: corner of said public utility easement, thence along the arc
of a 290 foot radius curve, concave to the northeast through,a central angle of
18"37'20" for a length of 94.26 feet to the southeasterly lot line of said Lot 109,
thence along said lot line N 42°54'440" E 10 feet, thence along the are of a 280 foot
radius curve, concave to the northeast through a central angle of 7,8037'20" for a

This lot is served with electric facilities installed within
Silver Leaf Drive; therefore, the 10 foot PUB is not required
