Planning,Commission Csion FROM: SteVe.Streeter,.Planning SUBJECT: brake/Isom - Rezone, File 83-50 DATE: March 31, 1986 The Board of Supervisors referred this item back to the Planning Commission at their March 18, 1986 meeting, As indicated in the ` attached memorandum of March 14, 1986, the 'Board of Supervisors would like the Commission to consider adopting a list of conditions and mitigation measures comparable to those app.rov6d for tie ora'ginal PA-C rezone on July 22, 1982., Conditions 1-8 were included in Ordinance No. 2300 which rezoned the subject property to PA-C 30 days following the Board action of July 22, 1982. Also attached for your reference are the list of conditions -and mitigation measures adopted-by the Board of Supervisors approvin the tentative subdivision on December 21, 1982. A comparison,l' of the subdivision condition list with the PA-Q rezone condition list will shots some differences.
