our Division Land Department Supervisor
has reviewed the necessary information that you requested on the abandonment
Of Olive Avenue that is presently
located adjacent to
a County of Butte toad right-of-way easement,_
your property
off of South Villa Avenue in Palermo,
It was found that a portion of our overhead pole line that ,is on; a PGandt
t
tight-of-way was
not covered. by a
do
PGandE right-of-way document, although we
no object to the abondonment if the following conditions are met. The
County of Butte Will Have to reserve to PGandE the rights to operate, maintain
and replace: our existing overhead
electric facilities located within the area
to be abondoned.'
