Magalin into half -acre mobile home lots, the undersigned
does not object as long as it is clearly understood that the develop-

of the property will not result in an
line against the operation of the gold and chrome mines whose access
is over a prescriptive road which goes through the Kennedy property.

The property X am involved in as a principal is the Lambert
Chrome Mine which adjoins the Kennedy property and consists,of 125
acres of patented land. The property is the site of one of California.0s
largest chrome deposits, considered one of Americats' most strategic

Adjoining the tambett mine property is a large chunk of federal
