Dear Sir:
This is in reply to a request by developer Mr. Warren Ambrose for our
company to abandon the 5 foot public utility easement al,orizl the side
lot lines and the back lot lines within the Carr -.age Manor Subdivision.
We are enclosing a print of the subdivision with the easements now being
used by our company marked in green. All side lot linos not Marked and
all back, lot line, within the subdivision, we hereby abandon them to the
owner of the lots.

This is in reply to your request for our Company to abandon Lho 5' public
Utility easement located at the following locations:
Southerly of the iutthern.boundary,
easterly of the western boundary,
northerly of the northern bo.ndaries of Lots 1 through 14, 33, 35
through 43, 57 through 67.
Southerly of the northern boundary, and easterly of the western
boundary of lot 34.
Northerly of the southern boundary and westerly of the eastern
boundaries of Lots 18 through 3-2, 46 through 56.
Southerly of the northern boundary,
easterly of the western boundary
westerly of the eastern boundary and
northerly of the southern boundary of lot 15 except the easement contingent
to Parcel. F,
Southerly of the northern boundar, westerly of the eastern
boundary of lots 16, 17, 44, 45, 68 'through 71.
Westerly of the eastern boundary of Iota 12 through 75 and lobs 77
through 82,.
All of these lots aio located ire Units 1 and a of Carriage Manor Subdivision:
As our Company is not presently occupying the easement ana leave no need for
the easement in the future, we hereby abandon it to you.

opted by the county on behalf of the public.
'Viacom Cablevision, Inc., has installed underground F-acilities
in many of these easements,
Howevert this Company has no objection to, and hereby consents
to the abandonment of those easements not Occupied by out facilities.
These easements which are vacant insofar as Out facilities are concerned
are lhdi-lated by dashed . in .s on the attachment "All copy of said
Carriage Manor Subdivision.
