Chapmantown is a medium -density residential neigN.;orhood wr,ich includes

be available from the Glenn County CDBG application, Therefore, those, is still

The Pacific Gas and Electric Company has made a commitment to targeting their
ZIP loans and direct weatheri zation grants to tl,e Chapmahtown area, CHIP inti 11
be conducting a door-to-door survey and providing outreach for these two weather

'have been restricted to the Chico city limits due to our funding sources,
This year, however, we have received funding from the Office of Community
Services which enables us to provide rehab services to Chapmantown The

The grantee shall assume the responsibility for environmental revi QW,
