Staff provided a-repart which suggested doing a Specificplanfor the area east of Cohasset7 that the area +ram the railroad tracks west to Highway 99 might be appropriate for residential - Professional or Similar types business. Staff stated that the northside sh.oul d be low traffic generator businesses. Staff noted that there are four schools east of Cohasset that propose hazards, . e.fast tragi f is bicycles,, etc, Staff stated that the Commission might want to consider bike lanes, limiting encroachment traffic on East Avenue, etc. The area, of Hookor Oak to Cactus may be considered for Commercial.
