Height Reqpirementse The maximum height requi remon'ts in the R -F,
Zone are ars follows:
(.i) For main buildings, thirty-five (`35) fees;;,
(2.') For accessory buildings, twenty-five (25) feet.

Yard Requirements. The 'folIowIng yards are required I the R-P
Zone:
t1i) Frt.nt`Yards. The minimum required front yard shall be twenty
(20) feel: from the ultimate outside right-of-way of the
adjacent road ars determined by the Butte Country General Plan
Circulation Element, applicable Specific Plan, or 'Director of

from thecenterlineof the adjacent road.
(2;) Side and Rear Yards: The minimum side and roar yards' stead be
five (5) feet. In the event the parcel abuts -a residential
zone or construction Will exceed twenty (20) feet in height,
