Backkround,
The bicycle path easementw_a9 constructed as a "condition £or the winding
Creek Estates Subdivision. The project was approved by the Advisory
Agency on September 8 1980. The Department of _Public wart, conditioned

Prior. to the submittal of the Tentative Subdivision to the County,
the County had been.negotiating with Mrs. Clara Brown over. the pxoper
boundary of: the parcel bordering Guyrin Avenue and Lindo Channel. The;
reason' the bicycle path goes between the two lots from Guynn Bridge
Court rather than directly, from Guy= :Avenue is a result of these negdtiation's,
The proposed abandonment was first submitted in July. 1984. Our comments
at that time are contained in the attached memorandum of 9,

1985. The petition and legal description of the bicyc:te path easement
were received on September 30; 1985.
