The'all-day hearing was the first opportunity for the public and the rlannlnp Commission to discuss the 'comprehensive revision. Zoning is a procedure In which the County is div'ded into districts or zones Within which perm'Itted and conditional uses are established. The types of applications for which Certificates, of Conditional Use would apply must be established. Applicants will save processing time in that, a certificate would be issued within fourteen days, of a complete application rather than a minimum of five weeks for placement on a Planning Commission agenda. ri' Livestock animal maintenance is the subject of Article 35.
