potential impacts were discussed, and mitigation measures

This `current Rezone. project is a result of a condition of
approval of the Tentative Subdivision TwIap. This rezonin
is for FR20 -and FR -40 zoning. The'General Plan for the
area is Agriculturial-Residential. TheL,zoning conforms' to
the policies, of the General'Plan, and will ensure that land
uses and, parcel sizes within the subdivision also conform
to the General Plan policies.
