tom.. McAchren read questions to which "yes:" answers were given in- the
Committee `s determination that. an Enw? ronmental Impact import was
required and. also N,r. Morehead` s letter seating forth reasons why he
felt one was not necessary.
San Morehead, Route 2, Brox 141, Chico, had little to add to his letter
of protest.. He stated that it was his understanding that 21 acre parcels:
couldbe created as lona as there is adequate road frontage. He added
that. there -ould he no road eons:truction, no tree cutting, and that he
wc-tld be glad to mance deed restrictions that would leave fa�.mily burial
grounds, if any, undisturbed. (299)
