The Site Plan review for Harry Holt was pulled offof the consent agenda and
discussed separately:
Chairman Walter asked if Mr. Holt had received an easement for access to the
property for parking? -
Staff stated that the parking was still an issue. Staff recommended there be a;
condition regarding the easement for parking.
This review was continued to later in the me"ening.
Harry Holt Site Plan review - continued from earlier in the meeting.
Staff stated,that the parking is to be in the rear of the property, that: the
Commission may want to add a condition "off street parking to be provided to the
rear of the property."
Mr. Holt stated that the conditions were satisfactory, that he had parking for
at least 10 to 12 cars, but that he would like to keep his garage for storage,
Mr. Holt wanted all the parking in the back. He stated that the offices would
be insurance, real estate type offices.
The hearing was closed.
It was moved 'by Commissioner Forbes, seconded by Commissioner Lambert and
unanimously tarried to approve the site plan to allow the conversion of a
residence to office use on AP 7-11-1 (Harry Holt) subject to the ,following
conditions:
1. Meet the requirements of the Butte County Parking Ordihance4
2. Repair sidewalk in front where tree has raised it.'
3. Applicant must also comply with all other applicable State and local
statutes, ordinances, and regulations.
4. All parking area must be in the rear of the fadility.

February 25, 1987, your site plan to allow conversion of a residence to
