The I most recent of these developments, Sycamore Valley Subdivision; was developed utiliz`1ng an engineered sewage disposal system on a common area lot. Those areas of one acre parcels were subsequently rezoned to 5 acre minimums in April of 1987:. Zoning to the west of the subjectprapei^t!y 1's SR -5 ( Suburban Residential - 5 acre parcel -t,5 and A-160 (Agricultural - 160 acre parcels) with FR: -40 zonitg located to the north east and soUth of the subject Property.
