The Butte County Planning Department has received an invoice for an additional $4,959.60 which was due 0pori:" 3 delivery of the final draft EIR. This amount will be paid.in early ;April, 1990. Payment of the $9,919.20 exceeded the $$0,000:00 alifornia Energy Commissions share of the project. The excess amount was charged to the contractual obligations under the matching share as indicated on the financial' status report County costs involved with the review of the final draft EIR; circulation of the copies and required' notification totaled $ 1155.00 for the quarter, As noted in the quarterly report for previous periods, the total contract for, the combined elements exceeds the amount - of the grant. The apparent budget overrun shown on the status report are allocated to the County share of the contract. -Schedule The attached schedule reflexes the anticipated timing of the remaining C tasks based on completion of tasks 19 on March 20, 1990.
