Please find attached, a copy of a December lL, 1993, lettrr to
Craig Sanders in the Planning Department. The, letter was a r0quest
to make some minor changes to the approved development plan. It is
our desire to make these changes at the staff level and to avoid
any additional public hearings.
Per a subsequent telephone conversation with Craig we find it
necessary to request your Department's input on on(.,: of the
requested changer'. With your approval., and the approval of Water
Quality, the Reclaimed Wastewater Winter Storage Pond will be
eliminated. Instead, an underground storage facility will )-)econsLrurted near the 'disposal atea: It is our feeling that this
could rresult in a significant cost savings as well as being a huge
aesthetic improvement.
In our application to Water Quality for a Waste riischarge Permit,
we noted this possible change and it has b, -en met with approval.
