The Commission waived the reading of the Staff Findings,
Staff said this proposal was a technical amendment to clean up the language lftle
ordinance.
Commissioner lambert asked staff *hat 'Were the duties of tl'e

Staff said the Development Review Committee would be called in for pre=develop*�,Jvt
conferences for planned unit developments and other developments.: Advisory A96MY

It was moved by Commissioner Lambert; seconded by Commissioner Lynch.d
